I'm Caitlin McLeod — 21, a serial entrepreneur and artist, and I started this journey at 18 because I've always known I wanted more than what was expected of me.

I graduated early and started college at 17, but it didn't stick — I could feel there was something bigger for me. I took a marketing job afterward and moved up fast, but even that wasn't enough; being underestimated pushed me to walk away and build for myself instead. That instinct probably comes from my parents — entrepreneurs and pastors who I grew up watching build businesses long before I understood what that meant.

My first real taste of sales came from an unexpected place: rebuilding my health after appendicitis led me into personal training, and that's where I learned I could sell anything I believed in. From there, with my mom — a broker who flips and preps houses for sale — I started what's now LuxReady Cleaning, built to make realtors' flipping and selling processes easier across Aiken, SC and the surrounding CSRA. A year in, we're proud to call ourselves your realtor's favorite cleaning company.

Alongside that, I own an event center rental space and run an event planning company — Gratia House — because I love creating spaces and experiences people actually feel.

Art's been with me even longer. I drew and painted as a kid, and I owe a lot to Mrs. Green, who believed in me back in 4th or 5th grade — she got my autograph before I was anyone and told me I'd be famous one day. I never stopped believing her. I grew up in ballet and dance too, which taught me discipline — then COVID took it all away overnight. That season taught me more about people than anything before it, and it's also where I fell in love with painting, mostly acrylic. By the time school picked back up, people were paying me to customize shoes, phone cases, and bookbags — and I'd started doing makeup and photography for special events too. Looking back, that's where my entrepreneurial roots really started.

My pride and joy is building Dojo and The Little Icons Foundation. I also built The Peely and Cogo to help other entrepreneurs have it all — without it costing everything — to run their businesses at a low cost.

Everything I build is meant to leave a positive impact, on my community and eventually the whole world. I give all my success to having faith in God — I believe anything is possible, and I'm here to serve, build, and help however I can along the way.
